Pilates Classes
Pilates improves your core strength, flexibility, body tone and shape.
Excellently good for back problems, balance and posture.
Pilates starts with a gentle flowing standing warmup with a few balance exercises then all mat based exercises with the option of using resistance bands and exercise balls which I provide. I have 36 years of experience so can give plenty of option and levels to suit everyone’s abilities and needs. Lovely relaxed and friendly welcoming class 😊 Please bring your own mat but I always have a few spare which you’re very welcome to borrow.
Chair Pilates have all the same benefits of pilates but is seated so no need to be getting up or down off the floor.
There’s options to use resistance bands and exercises balls which I provide, I also incorporate a few standing balancing exercises (optional) which improves posture, balance and helps prevents falls. I have 36 years of experience and specialise in 50+ This is a Lovely relaxed, friendly and welcoming class.

Zumba Classes
Be motivated by the zesty, inspired Latin and international music you can’t help but enjoy an exhilarating easy-to-follow dance class in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Learn the moves and start to got fit with 30 minutes of gentle easy to follow dance class, followed by 15 minutes of seated chair pilates to tone up and improve your posture body shape and core strength.
