NOTE TO MUSICIANS If you want to play at the Bishop's Cleeve Tithe Barn (which is gaining a reputation as the Cotswolds small music venue) there are two ways to arrange a gig: one is to speak to Lee Noble of Cleeve Concerts (07917 195 129); the other is to arrange your own event and book the hall through the booking secretary in the normal way (see How to Book). Please note that the Trustees do not put on any concerts themselves.

LOST PROPERTY The box will be held under the desk in the foyer reception, please collect from there

If items are left for more than three months they will be given to the Daisy Chain Macmillan Fund charity shop

FLYERS IN THE BARN We have taken a reasonably relaxed approach to people leaving flyers in the Barn foyer and notice boards. However, there have been incidences recently of over posting and flyers being taken down. Please it shouldn't be necessary to remind people to respect other rights to advertise their activities at the Barn. We are going to provide more space for advertising in the re-ordered foyer, but we might have to consider not allowing flyers if the event is not at the Barn or even charging to leave flyers. Comments welcome to the Chair

DO YOU Care about the built heritage of Bishop's Cleeve?

Are you interested in old buildings? Would you like to help keep the Barn in good repair? Do you have some basic experience of buildings? We need someone who  will manage the maintenance, meet with local tradesmen to show then what needs to be done, and keep the maintenance plan up to date.  We are not necessarily looking for someone to do DIY, but we are looking for someone to give no more than a couple of hours per week on average and to take responsibility, along with the management committee, for the maintenance of the Barn. If you are interested please contact the Chair of Trustees. See our Volunteers page.
