The final phase is to be funded by Planning Gain (Section 106 of the Homelands Farm planning application) . The money is due to be paid into Tewkesbury Borough council on Monday 22nd August 2011, when Bovis Homes (South West ) will provide £220,00 towards the completion of the extension and renovation project, for which we are very grateful.

We would like to thank Jim Stevenson who has arranged for a board to be made that acknowledges all the help that we have received. This is currently mounted in the extension where the stairs will be so that it can be seen from the out side. Eventually it will be mounted by the new front door in the foyer.
2003 Bishop's Cleeve Parish Council awarded us £40,000 from the Parish Precept. This has been spent on professional fees and surveys to get us to the start line, leaving us with £23,000 at the start of the project.
2004 Tewkesbury Borough Council awarded us £100,690 under a Section 106 agreement with the Bovis Homes for the development at Dean's Lea.
2005/2007 Over £5,000 was raised for us by the WI and in particular Sue Hamer, to whom we are very grateful.
2009 The Gloucestershire Environmental Trust, with landfill tax contributions donated by Cory Environmental, awarded a grant of £15,000 towards the procurement and installation of the lift in the extension.
2009 Grundon Waste Management Ltd, under the landfill tax credit scheme, awarded us a grant of £10,000 towards the procurement and installation of the lift in the extension.
2009 Tewkesbury Borough Council awarded us a loan of 20% of the allowed project costs (ex VAT) up to a maximum of £82,070. If the conditions of the loan are not breached the loan will be written off in 20 years in 2029. As at 1 August 2011 £70,380.18 has been received.
2009 The Bernard Sunley Charitable Foundation awarded us £2,000.
2009 The Garfield Weston Foundation awarded us £7,500.
2009 Capita plc awarded us £2,000.
2009 The Tithe Dance Club awarded us £200.
2009 George Lewis Footwear awarded us £250.
2010 Bovis Homes (South West) awarded us £2,000 towards fitting-out The Servery.
2011 Anonymous gift specifically for The Servery £3,000, for which thank you very much from all the trustees and from the people of Bishop's Cleeve.
2011 Tewkesbury Borough Council awarded us £220,000 under a Section 106 agreement with the Bovis Homes for the development at Homelands Farm.
2014 Claimed the last of the Section 106 grant and the TBC loan.
We would like to say a big thank you to all those who have supported, we are very grateful for their encouragement and funding.
As of November 2014 we have spent approximately £680,000. This money has come from Planning Gain, grants, awards, gifts and the Tithe Barn's own funds.
